Serial Number Update

With the release of EdiChart v2.7.0 (October 2011) a Version 2 serial number is required to authorize the application.

When EdiChart v2 was first released we upgraded the type of serial numbers it used*, but we also allowed the use of the older Version 1 serial numbers. If EdiChart was originally purchased when it was version 1.x, and we have not upgraded you to a Version 2 serial number, you will need to be issued with a new number.

Check your EdiChart serial number version by opening the EdiChart About window.

If the Serial Number Prefix shows EDICH01, send us your version 1 serial number and registration name via the website Support Page and we will email you a new version 2 serial number at no charge. If the Serial Number Prefix shows EDICH02, simply download and install the application update as per usual.

* Note: The version 2 serial numbers allow you to move EdiChart from one computer to another. See page two of the user guide for more information.
